How To Design Your Perfect Day

Perfect Day Visualisation is a powerful tool and a simple process that can help you to create the life you want to live. By taking some time out to imagine your perfect day, you can begin to get a clear picture of what you really want from life. This process helped me to harmonise with my inner child and the environment around me, and it made a huge difference in my life. I know it can be tough to make changes, but I promise you it’s worth it. #YouGotThis

Before you follow the process below I must say, my life isn’t perfect, I don’t focus on negatives or dwell on them, it is something to continually improve and focusing on what you do want is key, as is taking action, you heard me! Take action.

If you are reading this and your name is Joanna or Kiki, it is your lucky day, Jonathan Chase (Britain’s leading hypnotist) gave me a copy of his book: “How To Make Friends With Yourself and Influence People.” Since following this process I have become 90% happy with my work in progress…

When doing this process it is important to not be too specific as to the location of your home. And also once you have finished I suggest leaving the notes you have made or the word document you created alone until the next time you revisit your perfect day!

Your perfect day may look like this

You wake up feeling rested and refreshed. The sun is just peeking over the horizon, and you can hear the birds singing outside your window. You take a deep breath and stretch lazily, feeling grateful for another day. You get out of bed and pad barefoot to the kitchen, where you make yourself a nutritious breakfast. After eating, you take some time to meditate and set your intentions for the day

Then it’s time to get started on your perfect day. You might spend some time working on a project that is important to you or treat yourself to a relaxing massage. Maybe you’ll spend time with friends or family, or take your dog for a hike in nature. Whatever you do, you’ll feel confident, happy, and fulfilled. At the end of the day, you’ll reflect on all that you are grateful for and drift off to sleep with a smile on your face, knowing that tomorrow will be another perfect day.

Before you begin

Visualising your perfect day in as much detail as possible can help you to create the life you want to live. It is a powerful tool that can help you to focus on what is important to you and what makes you happy. It can also help you to let go of negative thoughts and behaviours that are holding you back.

To create your perfect day, start by finding a quiet, comfortable place where you will not be disturbed. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Then, begin to imagine your perfect day in as much detail as possible. Visualise everything from what you will do when you wake up in the morning, to how you will feel at the end of the day. Be sure to include all of your senses in the visualization. What smells are in the air? What do things look like? What do they feel like? What do they sound like? The more realistic and detailed the visualization, the more effective it will be.

Once you have created your perfect day, take some time to reflect on it and then put it away until it is time to do it again. I usually do it once a year.

Your perfect day is waiting!

It’s pretty amazing what we can create when we put our minds to it. Just think about what you could accomplish if you set your sights on creating your perfect day, every day. Of course, it takes some effort to make it happen, but the results are worth it. When you live each day with intention and focus on what matters most to you, you’ll find that your world starts to change in ways you never thought possible. And before you know it, you’ll be living the life of your dreams. So what are you waiting for? Get started today and create the life you’ve always wanted. You won’t regret it.

Here’s the perfect day process that I used.

Start at the beginning.

Get a pad of paper and a pen and switch off all distractions, or use a word document and SWITCH OFF ALL DISTRACTIONS!! 🙂

Where:
My home is amazing, it looks like this, I have a great coffee machine, etc…

Where are you waking up?
I am waking up in a beautifully comfortable bed, the view out of the window is…

What:
What happens when you lift your head off the pillow?

What are you doing?
I go to the coffee machine and make the most amazing coffee…

Why:
Why am I doing these things?

How does it make you feel?
It makes me feel amazing.
I manage to get everything done in no time at all…

This is where you put my “I believe statements.”
For example: “I believe that everyone on this planet deserves to be able to break free from worry and misfortune.”

Result:
How does it make you feel?

Congratulations you have finished for this year!
