One of the most challenging times to change your mindset is when you are feeling stuck. One technique that has helped many people reach their goals and find success is goal setting, and having a change mindset is key to learning new skills and keeping up in today’s world.

There is a phrase “change your mindset change your life.” and in my experience, it is totally possible! This is one of the most important conversations Kim-Adele and Nathaniel Schooler have had.
